Tawfiq Oqal
Mr. Oqal was born in 1965. holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing) from Cleveland State University (Cleveland, Ohio). Tawfiq started working with Al-Mutawa & Al-Qazi Co. (HONDA), Kuwait in 1989, in marketing and customers support unit. Later on he became Marketing and Support Coordinator for Hadeed Management Services, 1992 (Integrated Business Systems Division), his role is to, provide solutions, and develop sound marketing plans for various products and services, preparing proposals for potential customers, contacts, follow-up, liaison between system analysts, programmers and customers. in 2001 he co-founded 2 Soft Systems and working as a Marketing & Support Manager, and incharge of the day to day company operation in form of developeing marketing plans for the company new developed application software. He is responsible for monitoring support activities, planning resource and time allocation, feasibility studies to assist customers in computerization of new areas more effective service in the existing areas. |
Osama Herzallah
Mr. Herzallah was born in 1963. Osama holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Alyarmouk University (Jordan 1985). Mr. Herazallah started working with the Ministry of Planning (Kuwait 1985) his main responsibilities were systems analysis, systems development, systems evaluation and implementation, later on he joined Hadeed Management Services (1992) as Senior System Analyst/Consultant focusing on development, analysis strategies and information management systems for variety of trading, industrial and investment companies, and 2001 he Co-founded 2 Soft Systems and working as a systems develeopment manager handling & on internet technology and enhancement of the company business applications. |
Walid Khalid
Mr. Khalid was born in 1963. Walid holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Computer Sciences) from Cleveland State University (Ohio 1987) he started working with Kuwait Sport Club in 1987, and was incharge of the MIS division. He developed the accounting, inventory, payroll/ Personnel systems, in 1992 he joined Hadeed Management Services as a senior system analyst focusing on the system development, analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation, in addition to customer support. In 2001Co-founded 2 Soft Systems and working as a Maintenance & Support Manager focusing on providing day to day customer support to 2SS clients and ensure that all clients are receiving satisfied services. |

Hiba holds Computer Diploma from Betman Institute In. She joined 2 Soft Systems as a Programmer with responsibility for programming, assisting systems analyst for program coding, and implementation of various S/W applications using latest information techonlgy development tools and data bases. |
