The Fixed Assets System deals with all the companys assets keeping track of the various details and up to date depreciation cost. The design is open-ended allowing operation at all times as it is integrated to the accounting system on line. It works in the Local Area Network environment and is supported by our target-locking program. The Fixed Asset System is available in Arabic and English versions.

System Functions

Automatic depreciation posting is available on periodic basis according to your need. The system reports the difference between the actual depreciation and the depreciation value reported to the accounting system on a particular asset category on monthly basis. Various methods of depreciation are supported. All reports to screen or printer.

Fixed Assets System Reports

The reports will show various information of all assets for instance, where is the asset located, used by which department and the due date of the insurance etc. Those reports can be accessed by:
